Hello, my name is Evan Sukhenko. I'm a native of Rochester, New York, with interests in producing, cinematography, editing, and photography.
My love of films stems from my childhood. I found myself in love with Star Wars and Marvel, captivated by the worlds on the screen. As I got older, I began to appreciate more and more aspects of the filmmaking language. From the cinematography to the score, I fell completely in love with filmmaking. I knew I couldn't just watch anymore, I had to create.
I am currently enrolled at the Rochester Institute of Technology, where I study Film Production. At RIT I have expanded my love of film into a wealth of knowledge about the art of filmmaking. I've worked on upwards of 20 student productions, filling roles in the lighting, camera, art, sound, and other departments.
I am dedicated to my craft as a filmmaker and a photographer. I bring 100% of myself and my abilities to each project that I work on. I am honored each and every day that I get to share my love for creating with the world. If you're reading this, I hope we get to work together some day!
